By 19th November 2017 was a great day with incredible celebration of Hindu Heritage Month in Hindu Heritage Center Mississauga, Canada along with OFBJP (Overseas Friends Bharathiya Janatha Party, Canada.
OFBJP Canada president Shri Vipan Sharma ji , along with Chair OFBJP Haryana unit Dr. Rishi Ram Acharya ji, with 
facilitation of Temple chairman Shri Surender Shashtri ji a fabulous function to mark and celebrate Hindu Heritage Month was organized. Kushagr Sharma Ji did a fabulous job as MC. Representatives of local political parties and organizations along with dignitaries & luminariesof our society participated. Later part of the program, Liberal MPP and Minister Dipika Damerla also joined and was the closing speaker of the event. The hall vibrated with the slogans of Bharat Mata ki jai, Sanatan Dharm ki Jai and learned speakers gave discourses on Hindu heritage and contribution to the world.
Little children and youth reciting verses & mantras, along with cultural performances held the audience spellbound. Program was filled with Cultural programs from young upcoming artists to professionals.
Highlight of the event was the performance of Hemant and Vaishali Panwar of Upasana Dance Company and School.. Krishana Leela a great Dance drama in Kathak. They were simply awesome. We were even fortunate to be there to witness the event. Display by them and their students kept the audience so much exited and sticking to the chairs. People like these are the ones who keep our sanskar really alive. From seeing their program, we can easily realize. Dance, Bakthi and Bhavana are their passion and devotion. We certainly need people of this class if we want to pass on the culture and art of Bharath and our Dharma to our future generation. Bharat Marg really want to thank the temple and OFBJP for arranging this event during Hindu Heritage Month celebration as it is very much appropriate. You can see the attached brief video and enjoy.
Also everyone there enjoyed the snakes and tea that was perfect on a cold day along with Prasad (Food) at the end of the program. In total this was the best program that made the weekend very special. We thank each one of the person who arranged, participated and made it happen, as because of you only the Hindu Heritage lives and thrives generation after generation spreading the message of love and peace.
