By On the festival day of Krishna ashtami we went to ISCKON Temple In Brampton, Ontario in Canada. It was a great evening for us.
The deities in the temple were decorated beautifully with lot of jewelry and flowers. The costumes were shining. We had a nice darshan of the Lords. They had discourses given by few Prabhus and Matajis. Then it was followed by a Quiz on our Sanskruti. The Ladies section won the quiz. It was fun and informative.
Kirtan, Guru Pooja, Thulsi Pooja were as electrifying as ever. 100s of New people who came to ISKCON temple that day 
to celebrate the birthday of Lord Krishna
The Sunday School kids from Brampton ISKCON had many programs. Some kids sang Kirtans and other kids did dance for the Kirtanas. Then they had a certification given to devotees how passed the Exams in various levels. It was great to see many senior people there, excitedly attend the exam and collecting the certificate.
We had fantastic chance to pull the strings of the cradle of Bala Krishna idol and do present fruits and gifts to Bala Gopal. It was the best time of all and we will cherish it for ever.
We had a great lecture about Krishna by a Mataji. Then followed by a delicious Vegetarian Maha Prasad.
Then we had a excellent Abhishakam for the Lords. Then again we have a ending fun quiz.
The program was ended by the closing Kirtans. In Total, this was one of the Best function to attend and we were blessed. We will highly recommend you to attend the functions in your near by temples and share the experience our readers also. Jai Sri Krishna.
