Kalaiyar Kovil Shiv Ji temple is located in Sivaganga District. Which was ruled by Maruthu Pandiyar Or Maruthu Sakothararkal (Brothers). In recent past, this temple and the Hindus who are living around this temple have been under constant by Christian Missionaries with the support of the political and administrative goons.
Christian Missionaries, with the support of their people made it a practice from recent past to bring the picture of a foreign national who came and forcefully converted many Hindus and then was given death penalty by the kings of that time around the temple area .
Now these missionaries bring the picture of this dead sentenced criminal and come as a procession around the KalaiyarKovil area and abuse Hinduism and the temple, deity etc.
Hindu Activists of this town submitted a police complaint about this and launched a law suit also in Madhurai High court. Irrespective of that, Christian Missionaries Continued the practice of, bringing some white American or foreign nationals in tourist visa and using them to illegally convert Hindus by offering bribes in form of job, money, rice bags etc through the supported NGOs and causing havoc and disturbing peace.
Even after the Hindu activists got RDO order for stopping the procession in 2015, they still come exactly infront of the temple and around the four temple Car streets and openly abuse Hindus, Temple and Shiv Ji, and they continue to bribe the local administration and carried away with the procession this year also. In fact current RDO violates the past RDO’s order for whatever reason and try to silence Hindus and appease Christian groups.
When Hindu activists objected and complained the police regarding this insulting and peace disturbing procession practice in the Hindu Area and temple by showing the RDO’s order, Police who are bribed and operated by Christian NGOs got into action.
Local police arrested eight Hindu Munnani (Hindu Front) activists on false charges of damaging the window panes of a Pentecostal church and glass panes of ‘Mary Matha’ statue at Periya Narikottai near Kalayarkoil in occupied land, ahead of the procession on the night. They arrested these activists irrespective of having no photo or video evidence or any witnesses just to silence them.
Most of the Christian community in this area are rich and have strong money flow illegally and legally from abroad that comes through the NGO and abroad working family members respectively. This gives them upper hand in controlling and ruling the Hindu community around and also the power to bend law and administration literally in their favor against poor Hindus.
This is not the first time the Christian Missionaries and NGOs involve in this kind of attack on Hindus, Temples and falls allegations. When Tamil Nadu’s Ex-CM Ms. J. Jayalalithaa was granted conditional bail, AIADMK volunteers burst crackers in front of the temple under the leadership of their Christian leader Jacqueline Alexander.
Sparks flew and set caught on fire. The entire covering burnt down before the fire service units from Sivaganga, Devakottai and Thiruvadanai rushed to the spot, fire service sources said.
The fire also spread to the nearby 40-foot tall Swamy Gopuram and destroyed the thatched cover around the tower and the 150-feet tall Rajagopuram of the ancient Kalayarkoil temple which was under renovation. Temple survived a major devastation miraculously because of sudden down pouring of rain from nowhere in that summer evening. God is great. Shiv Ji Mandhir at this time was saved by Lord Shiva and his mercy only and nothing else.
KalaiyarKovil is just one example and many temples and Hindus are under attack and open threats in Tamil Nadu. We at Bharat Marg will certainly request all Hindu Activists and well Wishers to contact the RSS and other Hindu Activist group offices or local leaders and work with them to protect our Sanskriti.
From the blanket of Peace and Love the Christian Missionaries are doing demonic work. How long Hindus will sit quiet? When we will understand the threat by these goons and get unified and do whatever it takes to protect our temples and Sanskrithi? Do you think we will ever stand united and strong on the face of reality?
