By In SRM University of Chennai, Indian HM Shri Rajnath Singh was supposed to come to give a speech to the students and award them the degrees. Later it was informed that Indian HM Shri Rajnath Singh will also honor the rape accused and Anti Hindu Cine song writer Variramuthu with Honorary Doctorate degree.
Vairamuthu was the same person who was accused by many women in the industry about sexual abuse and also he was the one who made derogatory statement about Goddess (Kodha) Andal. So many women right organizations and Hindu organizations threaded to wave black flag to Rajnath Singh for honoring this accused.
Following the opposition and talks with the activists on the ground, Indian HM Shri Rajnath Singh has cancelled his trip to the controversial occasion to SRM University. All the activists thanked Rajnath Singh Ji for valuing the sentiments of the people and canceling his trip and also honoring the accused writer Vairamuthu !! This is considered as a big victory to Dharmic forces and patriotic thinkers !! Jai Sia Ram !! jai Maa Andal !!
